SHORT SESSIONS
News · August 6, 2026
Arcade cabinets taught a useful lesson: a good game teaches itself in the first few interactions. We aim for that on a phone screen.
Rules we try to follow
- Readable controls: if you need a paragraph before the first meaningful action, the UI is not done.
- Honest failure: dying or losing should feel fair enough that retrying is tempting, not punishing.
- Optional depth: chess tutorials, Hexabombs sum clues, and similar systems are available when you want them — not forced as a wall.
- One-hand friendly when possible: many titles prefer thumbs over chorded keyboard shortcuts.
What we are not
We are not an affiliate dump, a scraped flash mirror, or a doorway farm of keyword pages. The value is the games and the clarity around them. If something on the site feels broken or confusing, tell us — that feedback directly shapes the next pass.
